ARMBRUSTER-STAGEWAY 1986 6 DOOR SUBURBAN LIMOUSINE

Found this 2 Wheel Drive 6 Door 12 passenger Armbruster-Stageway Limousine on Ebay on Jan 29, 2016. The reserve was not met but the bidding went up to $4850. Armbruster-Stageway has been around for 100 years and continues to build funeral coaches and custom vehicles

Description on Ebay: I purchased this Suburban as a one owner. It was purchased from a Chevy dealer new in the Cincinnati, Ohio area and sent to Armbruster/Stageway in Arkansas to have the conversion done. I purchased to take my family and then some on vacation to our summer home. We have since sold the summer home and don't really need it as much, but we have driven it from N.E. Ohio to Tennessee, the Carolinas, Indiana, and Pennsylvania multiple times. Keep in mind it is a 30+ year old vehicle, but I would not hesitate to drive it cross country. The good: It's a tank and has been very reliable, Will tow a monster, 454 Turbo 400, Seats 12, Rear seat removable, Center seat folds down, Loads of room, Newer stainless duals, Reese Hitch & electric trailer brake, Super solid undercage. It has a 40 gallon gas tank, Chrome is almost flawless really nice condition, A/c is a dual system that has been updated to r134 with a separate heater box in rear corner, I believe the body was set on a 1 ton chassis as I've put brakes and a master cylinder on it and they were for a 1 ton, the rear gear says 3:21 in glove box option decal but rear end tag says 4:10 if my memory is correct, I've owned this since 2012 and put about 15,000 miles on it, I purchased it from the crown fork truck co. Who purchased it new at new breman Chevrolet and sent it to the conversion co. I installed the trail brake and Reese hitch. VIN 1G8GC26W0GF115437
