If you are looking for the mounting hardware (screws and caps), a fellow on Ebay is selling the set for $11 USD. He has sold over 900! His seller id is rudestar and you can view his items for sale here.

3/22/2015 - I have been on the hunt for the Lund moonvisor amber replacement lenses. They pop up on Ebay and Amazon every so often. Then I found the entire wiring kit (amber lenses, wiring, bulbs, foam gaskets, ring terminal, wire splicers etc) from Summit Racing, their part description: Keystone Restyling Windshield Visor Replacement Lenses EB405RP.

Fog and Driving Lights

10/04/2014 - The fog and driving lights in the front worked but the lenses were original and faded. The seller included some new KC lights and lens covers so I finally got around to installing them. Here is the before shot:

Removal was straight forward however the mounting brackets on the new KC lights were about a 1/2" taller so I had to modify them so the lights would sit correctly in the front housing. After getting the lights all back in, I re-wired the grounds and the lights work perfectly. There are two switches on the overhead console inside that operate both the driving and fog lights independently. The only thing really left to do is powder coat the housing as some of the paint has flaked off and some rust is forming.
